New Wave Film Company was founded in 2021 by young filmmakers, graduates of the Russian State University of Cinema - VGIK in Moscow. The film company inherits the principles that were formed in the cinema of the 20th century and is called "new wave" in honor of the famous trend in auteur cinema. New Wave Film Company is currently based in France and is engaged in international co-production.
